A Participating Lender is permitted to charge a 1% origination fee, other lender fees not to exceed $600, and reimbursement for third-party fees.
Homebuyers interested in applying for financing, should contact one of CHFA's Participating Lenders. CHFA does not lend money directly to consumers. We use approved Participating Lenders to qualify consumers and make all mortgage loans. Rates can vary depending on loan program and income level.
