The following classes are only open to current CHFA approved lenders and their staff and are offered free of charge.
This training is for loan originators, processors, closers, underwriter-anyone at your company who needs to know how to originate, process, close, and ship a CHFA loan.

Realtor® training
This class is offered free of charge for licensed Colorado Realtors®. Realtors will learn how CHFA's residential loan programs can help them get more first time buyers into their first home. CHFA's programs for non-first time buyers will also be covered. Realtors will learn about program requirements, loan process and benefits of using a CHFA loan. This class is worth two CE credits.
