New Forms and Processes Required for Manufactured Homes

FYI for all mortgage professionals who work with manufactured homes!

A change to the Manufactured Home titling process is effective July 1, 2008 with House Bill 08-1260.

New forms are in use by county officials and all others who are involved with documenting the status of manufactured homes. The forms are on the Division of Property Taxation web site as a PDF document. Contact your county clerk, assessor, or treasurer with questions about the new process.

Two new forms are of particular importance for the proof of title purge: CHFA will update the Seller’s Guide with additional information as soon as it is available.
